I live in California, and I could buy other hand soap locally. But this product is so good that I pay for shipping from Canada. The Pink Grapefruit scent smells amazing! The soap itself is wonderful-- it's moisterizing, effective, and never tested on animals. And this refill uses minimal plastic, which I appreciate. But the scent is what made me buy it!
