Do your products contain Sulfates and Parabens?

No, all products on thebathshop.com are free of Sulfates and Parabens. All our products are also free of Phthalates, Petrolatum, Triclosan, PEG derivatives, Silicone, MEA, DEA, TEA, EDTA, and artificial colors.

Do you test on animals?

No, we will never test our products on any animals.

Are your products biodegradable?

Yes, all products on thebathshop.com are biodegradable and will not harm the ecosystem.

Are your haircare products safe for color-treated hair?

Yes, our shampoo and conditioners are safe for color-treated hair and all hair types.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and to the USA. Depending on the location, orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over CAD 100 to Canada or the USA.

What if I received a damaged product?

We are sorry your order did not arrive safely. Please take pictures and email us, and we will gladly assist you.

We use Stripe as our payment provider and accept all major debit and credit cards.

What currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in Canadian dollars.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Contact us if you are not completely satisfied with our product, and we will gladly exchange it for a different product or issue a refund.
